The Jr. Teen contestants will not need to arrive at the pageant on Friday night for Orientation. We will have a Jr. Teen Orientation on Sunday morning, April 26th, before we begin rehearsal. This will be a one day event for the Jr. Teens. If you would like to arrive Saturday night, we have a block of rooms at the Quality Inn. You need to make sure to call the local number 405-372-0800, and tell them that you are with the Oklahoma International Pageants to receive our room rate.

Welcome Stillwater's Three Amigos!

Our contestants will be guests of Stillwater's Three Amigos on Saturday night of the pageant weekend.

Each contestant will receive a gift card and is welcome to use it at either Eskimo Joes, Mexico Joes, or Joseppi's Italian Kichen. Select your favorite, ladies!

Announcing the Red Dress Award

In 2008, International Pageants Group partnered with Go Red for Women to help fight against heart disease, the No. 1 killer of women in America. Our involvement in the movement can help save lives of mothers, sisters, aunts, daughters, grandmothers, best friends, and other women just like you!

This year, we will be giving a new award that will recognize the titleholder (local or State) that brings the most names to join the Go Red for Women Movement. This will be the Red Dress Award and will be awarded on-stage at the Oklahoma International Pageants.

Are you ready to take the next step in your modeling career? Oklahoma International Pageants can help you launch that dream!

The SuperModel with Style Award will be awarded to the contestant who has displayed a natural modeling ability, whose choice of clothing in the Fun Fashion Wear completion both fits and flatters and is oh so stylish!

Think: Red Carpet, New Year’s Eve, glamorous and out-of-the-box! The outfit may be anything that you feel best represents your personal style but is not another evening gown or just another cocktail dress. THIS OUTFIT IS NOT CASUAL OR JEANS!

Judging will be based on modeling ability, outfit selection, personality and the overall impression of the judges.

Winner will receive a custom crown, banner and will be featured in a full color photo and article in Supermodels Unlimited Magazine.

Announcing the Miss Jr. Teen Oklahoma Pageant

Oklahoma International Pageants is excited to announce the addition of a Miss Jr. Teen Pageant for 2009. This pageant will be for girls that are ages 10-12 as of July 1, 2009.

The pageant will be held in conjunction with the Mrs. Oklahoma, Miss Oklahoma, and Miss Teen Oklahoma Pageants in Stillwater this April. Although this title does not go on to a National pageant, the experience of being Miss Jr. Teen Oklahoma will be a tremendous opportunity for girls within the state.

Contestants will compete in the following areas:

On Stage Presentation (50%) - Contestant will prepare a 1 minute answer to the question, "Why I want to be Miss Oklahoma Jr. Teen". Contestant will be judged on personality, confidence, and speaking ability.
Fun Fashion Wear (25%) - Contestant will model a fun fashion outfit that shows her personality and style. Contestant will be judged on personality, style, and confidence.
Evening Wear (25%) - Contestant will model age appropriate evening wear. She will be judged on overall appearance, style, grace, confidence and stage presence.
