Announcing the Miss Jr. Teen Oklahoma Pageant

Oklahoma International Pageants is excited to announce the addition of a Miss Jr. Teen Pageant for 2009. This pageant will be for girls that are ages 10-12 as of July 1, 2009.

The pageant will be held in conjunction with the Mrs. Oklahoma, Miss Oklahoma, and Miss Teen Oklahoma Pageants in Stillwater this April. Although this title does not go on to a National pageant, the experience of being Miss Jr. Teen Oklahoma will be a tremendous opportunity for girls within the state.

Contestants will compete in the following areas:

• On Stage Presentation (50%) - Contestant will prepare a 1 minute answer to the question, "Why I want to be Miss Oklahoma Jr. Teen". Contestant will be judged on personality, confidence, and speaking ability.
• Fun Fashion Wear (25%) - Contestant will model a fun fashion outfit that shows her personality and style. Contestant will be judged on personality, style, and confidence.
• Evening Wear (25%) - Contestant will model age appropriate evening wear. She will be judged on overall appearance, style, grace, confidence and stage presence.
